does anyone has current stats on daily oxygen usage of other states ?

Tamilnadu uses 240tonnes daily currently.. with capacity to fill upto 1200tonnes demand.

I think its not about active cases, but critically ill patients. 

most active cases are not having severe symptoms to need oxygen.

ofcourse Guj is cooking numbers. that's a given
