isolation- do this as much as you can so that you don’t spread it to your near and dear ones. In case if u need to talk to your family members, use face mask.ask them to wear masks even when they are doing things like serving water and food near your room.

rest and sleep-this Improves ur immunity.Netflix and Amazon lantivi konni days aapesei. don’t get strained out by watching them.your eyes and brain will take a toll when u watch them

Bro today is my Day 4 testing positive in Hyd.

So far no symptoms..but isolated myself from others at home

taking Immunity medicines, Multi Vitamin, 4 day anti-biotic course just in case, Vit C , Vit D once a week

Checking Oxygen levels every now and then

Twice taking steam and breathing exercises... Intlo Kashayam kooda once a day
