My grand mother (dad side) had similar symptoms. She is 83. Fever reduced and looked mild symptoms. But her lungs were 80% infected which was revealed in CT scan when she started feeling tired today. My suggestion is to keep a watch and be prepared to go to hospital whenever they feel weak or symptoms get worse.
