This isn't a election to debate who did what right. We ought to learn from all our states and other countries adopting the best practices from anybody putting aside Political, Regional, Communal differences. Ignore people who blame, argue or crib and move on to extend help to those who need it. This is a war against humanity and not one that will go down easily.
