There's no need for manufacturing covishield further even.. just pour all govt effort into making covaxin on a large scale by several manufacturers. so simple. instead states are made to purchase covaxin at 600/- a dose. sputnik will be more expensive than this. union govt has allocated 35k crores for vaccination... but no one has an idea how they are gonna spend it.. and if they even will spend that money.
