2 jobs....tension

2 jobs lo....working on c2c basis.

Both senior level programming...

Let me know your thoughts.

1st job- project started 4 months ago...pay is x-amount , all desi team mates, very stressful work environment....weekends also working sometimes....manager is not good ....tech is good....learning curve is there everyday. Calling to office in May 2021. Linked to my h1b visa ....big city lo office.

 

2nd job....project started April 1st ...

30 days ago....pay is x+3 amount....semi desi team mates....medium pace....no weekends work....manager is okay...team lead tho heated discussion ayyindi recent ga....tech is outdated... no learning curve. Not related to h1b for now...not amended. No word on return to office yet....medium city lo office

Already 2nd project started .....4 weeks ago....but vendor will give....me letter as per requested date.

learn while you can in the first but doing two is VERY VERY STRESSFUL and experienced at one time

because you are capable does not mean you can fit in both

hope someone is there to help you at home

-- make sure you have written down the meetings you have for the day in the morning daily ( in order of importance and priority )

For 2nd Job

-- make sure you have written down the meetings you have for the day in the morning daily ( in order of importance and priority )

-- make sure you are showing important tasks as incomplete with partial completion left to do

-- to make sure that important task as priority to be used as needed in between discussions, Obviously as it is important and most task post business hours apart from important meetings

For 2nd Job

-- Pay is more so you just be there gaining Subject matter expertise
