1st job- project started 4 months ago...pay is x-amount , all desi team mates, very stressful work environment....weekends also working sometimes....manager is not good ....tech is good....learning curve is there everyday. Calling to office in May 2021. Linked to my h1b visa .

 

2nd job....project started April 1st ...

30 days ago....pay is x+3 amount....semi desi team mates....medium pace....no weekends work....manager is okay....tech is outdated... no learning curve. Not related to h1b for now...not amended. No word on return to office yet.

Vaadu rammannaa ravu Ani cheppu kaka... India povali anu..m lekapothe... I'm scared to come right now Ani cheppu..

Still pros and cons...of both projects are there....deciding factor ...chudali....

1st project...chala stressful ga undi....last 4.months nunchi...but some things on this one

2nd project tho....problem enti ante...inka work assign avvaledu...inka h1b amendment avthado....ledo...telidhu....as it started a month ago....already

better to find another 2nd job rather than choosing these 2 that suits your portfolio
