Composition and formulation might differ if both doses are not from same company though both are AstraZeneca.

Check what kind of doses they are giving in Canada. India lo they are giving standard doses. Sometimes the dosage strategy can be different like giving a low dose first and a high dose later. It is better to check with your Canadian government.
