Suggestion needed for vaccine for my parents

My mother had a very minor brain clot issue 2 years back and after some treatment it is gone now completely. But she is taking some precautionary medicines.

Recently I heard that some of our neighbors died after vaccination coz they have bp and sugar and they got the stroke when they continued medicines for that after vaccination.

now am having second thoughts to go for vaccine and even my mom is thinking not to have it at all being scared of this.

your thoughts ?

Is she taking blood thinners? Ask the doctor about covid vs covaxin which one is better for your mother
