About 4 months back, after the Sputnik vaccine results were published in the the lancet and proved to be efficient..by then they already signed up with Indian partners to manufacture Sputnik in India...

Wait and watch, Sputnik mass production is the only way out. SII tho lot of obligations, Ipudu vallu supply ramp up chesina, Sputnik will be the game changer, especially for people who are willing to pay for the vaccine.

20% will be below 18, so excluded from vaccination. 

Another 40% of the population will be between 30-50, the age group which has to be vaccinated at any cost..

Overall ga, 50-55 crore population and about 100 crore doses should be more than enough..

Yeah. Sputnik V needs to be stored at -18 degrees C. I think India will need the related equipment for that as well. It can only survive for half an hour outside. More than 850 million already ordered anta. So Reddy labs will make a lot.
