Let me give you an example. If government reported that out of 100, 10 people have died, and infection rates are very high again with different symptoms and effecting the younger demographic too. to be frank with you .. this 2nd wave has not started like a month or 2 back .. sudden spike of cases like 2 weeks .. nenu 16th ki land ayya US lo .. apatiki konchem theda ga undi .. but now it is out of hand .. number of deaths or infections does not really matter to ppl in india .. becos vaallu bayata tirigithene money osthaay .. bills pay cheskogalaru.. when 100 ppl are on road .. u can not expect all of them to be careful and wear masks  .. e covid is so peculiar in a way that .. 90 members correct ga unna .. becos of those other 10 it will affect everyone ..

Halting is what we need to flatten the curve. The numbers have messed up the situation a lot than you think. The numbers say that the infection rate of the new strain is higher but death rate is lower, which a blunder.

It was true that many did not turn up for vaccinations when they opened up for above 60

Based on data about how vaccination was progressing, if there were left overs they could have opened up 55 and above then study the data again and open 50 and above in every 2 weeks span or so
