Travel from India to US Via Turkey (Istanbul)

Does anyone know if there are restrictions for persons travelling from India to US via Turkey? I contacted Turkish Airlines and they didn't mention any restrictions for transit passengers. Please suggest if anyone has some other information. Thanks.

There is lot confusion around here. All airlines operate and let  book tickets . Coz they think you are US citizen. So visa category check chesiko. Example british airways no visa allowed but let u book ticket. 
 

one thing is final. From may 4 th all travel is bandh except exceptions in proclamation

Thanks bro. But any idea where to check visa category restrictions, I don't see anything on CDC or US Travel state.gov.
