doubt unte testing ki velladam manchide...i lost my father thinking in a similar fashion. Not to scare you but if he is helathy and doing fine then its ok but koncham trouble unna rush to hospital immediately. 2 days lo ne health condition karab ayyi chani poyina stories kuda vintunnam ee madya. DB is definitely not the right place to take advice on this matter.

Sounds like Covid positive to me but don’t worry I hope he’ll be fine. My wife had similar symptoms 10 days back & now she has recovered

It started with fever(100) and body pains(left leg) for me. Smell completely gone after 5 days of symptoms started, taste was ok for me. RT PCR test was negative.

if you are using Dolo then chances are there it could be corona

Doesn't completely look like Covid issues but possible chances of having mild infection so ask him get tested and preferably stay away from parents for few days. 

Intiki ochi Test chestaru go for RT-PCR (swab test) than Rapid Antigen test just for safer side..
