I can talk about fb interview process for those roles. Design questions too tough untayi. Untill & unless u have experience building large scale system from scratch, u won't be able to clear. 

Lot of people who interview for staff roles end up getting Sr software engineer position.. bar is toooo high for staff & Sr staff. I exited fb at those levels but if I have to retake the complete process, I would probably fail

True Bro, I usually follow a guy in quora, who has worked in MS, LinkedIn, DE Shaw based in Hyderabad. He usually writes about SE and interviews in quora. He would be in 1 Cr/Annum range now I guess. Once he gave this analogy that might offend lot of people and it did me for a while as well. He said that real software engineers are like the engineers who design and build cars/automobiles on different specs. And IT guys are like mechanics who know how to make them work and does take care of regular maintenance and fix if some issue occurs. I know every job has it's own dignity and this analogy is not from me, I am just quoting here what he mentioned in his quora post. Peace!

After Approval of I140 you have to stick with same employer for 6 months So he can not revoke and same priority date can be used in following companies

6 months rule e madya 1 day ayendanivinna ..but not sure on this
