Mi bank statement pettanchu saying she is your responsibility.  Last lo you can upload documents.  tickets, insurance,  bank statements ivanni pettandi. Provide as much documentation as possible.

Aa form kindha they posted some notes under Editon Date, guess it should be okay using that form.

application fill chesa for online submission...and anni documents upload chesa. Last lo review chedam ani filled I-539 download chesi proof reading chesthunna....akkada Applicant signature and date blank undi....now question is, paper based aithe we can get it signed, but online lo ah option ledu kada....and I didn't see anywhere asking us to download filled form, sign it and re-upload........am I missing anything here?
