I got another offer in chicago which pays only salary. They asked me how much I'm expecting to go work for them. Whats the avg salary I should expect for 7+ years exp in chicago? I'm confused because they don't offer any benefits. P.S: I didn't apply for the position. My old manager here in NC is working for that company now and he initiated this thing.
