Yes, promoted from Track lead to Architect Role.

Super comfortable now. I talk to the business team on day to day basis, understand their wants and then schedule a meeting with the respective tech leads and BSAs, ask them to come up with the solution and design.

The next day get back to the business team present the solution and design, get nod and appreciation as well for the quick turn around on the solution and design. Assure them that the solution will be build on war foot, get applauded loudly.

And the very next day again pull the tech leads and BSAs to go ahead with the development and build solution on priority basis and ask BSAs to test it thoroughly. Appreciate them in advance as well for their harrd work

yes, thats what the business team or PMO say, that i'm the architect and i do that as per them.

At the end it doesn't matter who does it. We all have to get it done together thats all.

@jefferson1  if you are looking for Solution/Technical Architect...

- You need to start collaborating with multiple teams in the organization.

- Setup technical discussions, on how u can work on creating common tools and solutions which can help multiple teams.

- Groom other engineers and leads on common best practices with respect to implementations...for example APis, Security, etc how to implement them, application hardening solutions.

- At same time, while guiding the teams (multiple), you need to listen to them and take everyone onboard...seetayya laga unte nadavadu..

these are the things I followed on my path, and it paid off ...
