I have emailed US embassy in Hyd, According to them

1. you can go with a US Citizen kid both parents. Carry copy of birth certificate

2. you can go to US if your Citizen kid is already in US and you carry copy of birth certificate and passport of your child

3. If your US Citizen kid stays back in India and you travel to US alone, its completely up to the CBP officer as the intent of the regulation is to facilitate family reunification.

Bro I didn't get the 3rd point, I am on H1 and stuck here with my US born kid, I have his passport and birth certificate with me. Can I travel alone keeping my family in India showing his birth certificate?

What about in India bro? They don't cause any problem without the kid while boarding?

Airlines vadiki ela telusthundi if your kid is in India or not? They would not have such details, where as the CBP officer has the details of I-94

I dont think RTPCR will stop you once CBP deport you. CBP officer vachi ninnu flight ekkisthadu if they deport you. Like he will come to your seat, this happens before anyone board the flight and they inform the Airhostess to make sure you went back.

India ki vachaka chesukuntav RT-PCR test or anything else. Nee logic ela undi ante, assembly election lo odipoyina candidate assembly ki velthe, vachadu kada return pampali ante  bus ticket konali kabatti minister chesaru annattu undi.
