saakulu kaadu saami - next cheyyagaligina pani enti? Coding raaka pote its ok, but domain knowledge, leka pote oka string area untundi kada. MW Admin ante WebLogic tappa inkemi raakunda ela untadi? Inkoka strong area okati untundi kada?

SalesForce, Service Now ila service driven technologies lo implementation consultant avvadam kaasta easy IT experience unte. Vaatilo product expert laaga cheyyalante usually edo oka programming ravali.

Information Security lo edo oka technology nerchukunte malli inkoka job vastundi kaani aa tech dobbesaka malli square one avtav. Anduke multiple technologies enta important oo, core expert concentration (whether you are an expert in that area or not) chala important.

Ala leka pote you will always have a job but never have a career.

Edo naalugu phone calls chesesi oka new technology decide cheyyaddu. Try to figure out a domain/practice where you want to focus on the next 10 years then figure out a technology in that domain.

I am not at all into development. I have been into InfoSec for a while. Idi varaku OIM/OAM/OID/OVD stack ki implementation/Ops. Ippudu SailPoint/Okta/PAM(CyberArk,BeyondTrust), Directory Services vaatillo FTE ki switch ayyanu. Still InfoSec but new technologies. Kaasta technology agnostic avvalani chala kaalam try cheste kaani Oracle consultant ane "stamp" lo nunchi bayataki raaleka poyanu.

Oracle still has some clients in that space but far less than what it used to be 8-10 years ago.

I agree with you, have a friend who works at a major bank as a SAP basis admin. He doesn't like the job anymore but even he said if he quits and looks outside, there are not many jobs for SAP basis admins.

Are clients diverting to Salesforce more now?
