 Just now signed conntract  Middlw town,delaware ..Finally decided PA and NJ taxes too much vunnaye almost on house am paying 7K in PA and 10K in Nj in form of taxes.. Per annum.So decided to go with delaware .

Yes bro for MSc center only they are opening in some chronology and if pd is current (final) and medicals are there most of them are getting gc and rfe

My observation For people whose date is not current and 2014 below are getting rfe even their pd is not current 

Almost all of the msc are direct either in eb2 or eb3

Lin and src have the downgrades there is no logic

Congrats kaka. New construction aa? East village maree too much ga penchesadu. Last 2 months lo almost 150k penchadu. Almost all builders alage pencharu. PA lo if you go for old houses then taxes are low. It is still better than NJ.
