-    Patient Helpline – 3 lines
    
Services
-    Free oxygen cylinder service
-    Cylinder pick up and drop(guardian need to pick &drop)
-    Cylinder refills 
- isolation bed with food and medicines. 

Workflow: 
-    Patient calls helpline and details of patient are logged in including date, patient name, hospital name/home address.
-    Oxygen requirement verified: Doctor prescription/ SPO2 levels
- move the patient to isolation.
-    Oxygen cylinder delivered. 

-    Patient/guardian picks up the cylinder

-    We deliver the cylinder through Autorickshaw transport in case guardian not available. 

-    Volunteer visits patients’ home to ensure the cylinder is fixed and ready to be used by the patient(if volunteer not available, can we do this on video call or share a video that explains) 

-    Patient follow up and recovery status. 

- co-ordinate to get a bed(govt hospital or if they can afford, any hospital) 

-    Cylinder pick up(in case the guardian cannot drop – team of auto drivers/volunteers 

- once empty, let us have a team of auto/volunteers/driver with car to refill and bring it back to the storage space.
