Nenu recent ga employer change ayyanu (ABC company) in September and na old H1 September 2021 varaki undey transfer apudu Naku malli 3 years visa vachindi until September 2023(3 years) 

na h1 visa apudu wife ki H4 kuda apply chesaru in September 2020, just 2 days back biometrics done and H4 ead applied in March 2021(6 months lo expire avtundi ani applied ) case still shows case was received 

Nenu change ina employer company ni oka company acquire chesindi (XYZ company) and transition is going on and mostly in 2-3 months malli xfr initiate chestaru anta Naku with new employer XYZ

so plz mee inputs cheppandi for the below 

since wife H4 with ABC colony pending lo undi and H4 ead kuda parallel ga case processing avtundi Ipudu company XYZ lo malo wife ki H4 initiate chestey malli have to go through all kada since these days H4 and H4 ead approvals is almost 1 year so what should I do now

If your wife's H4 ad H4EAD approved before you moved to XYZ company no issues. But few months antunnavu kabatti if you moved to new company then your wife old h4 and h4ead still pending lo unte...you have to apply again H4 and H4ead again...anways May 17 taruvata Biometrics ledu kabatti hope h4 and h4ead get soon this time...
