totally wrong.....pandemic act antu okati undi....adi implement chesthe, central govt can mandate local companies....such act's exists in almost all countries...not just related to Pandemic, even natural calamities lantivi vachi, if govt orders, then these companies have to honor it anthe.....paina Varaprasad reddy clearly took example of trump thatha...he paid well in advance to Pfizer, Moderna and JnJ.
