My f1 status ends in a month. Eb111 140 clearrrr. Already applied 48555 since it’s current. For any reason i485 deny ayithe emaina risk untadha? Is it better to stay here or go back to India and apply for consular processing.

F1 status tarvtha emi status mida untav 485 ead?? In that case in check it denies you are out of status but 140 clear ayaka don't think you should be worrying

AOS pending lo unte ade nee status but I485 deny ayiithe you will accumulate unauthorized stay from when your F1 status ended. But edo clause undii if unauthoriized stay is less than 240days, your future AOS application will not be effected. My advice is to book 30min call and talk to a lawyer. ATB
