The Lancet severely criticised the Narendra Modi government for its handling of the COVID-19 crisis in India, saying it has given the impression of being more occupied with “removing criticism on Twitter than trying to control the pandemic”.

EU summit: French President Macron pointed out that India did not need to "listen to lectures from anyone" about vaccine supplies. He highlighted that India has "exported a lot for vaccines for humanity" while mentioning the situation in the country due to covid.

macron has a point

vaccines were lying in india going towards wastage as ppl were not willing to take at that point

so modi i think did the correct thing so that at least the health care workers of many poor countries could be protected
