if you want to go back to India , dont invest a penny in US. You hardly get returns. sent all money to india and keep buying plot house whatever

If you want to stay in US , for safety buy 1-2 houses in India and stop there. the rest invest in US as you can get returns here itself.

If you really smart you can do both but for that you need so much of change in life style and financial planning

2nd wave aipoyaka (whenever it is) manllola inch gnanam or alochalanalo maarpu raadu. neeku india lo invest chese plans already unte continue with same plans. kaani ee covid chaavula valla plans alter cheyyaku - that is inconsistent investment behavior which is not right.

when you thought of investing in india - did you factor in mortality rates, age of population, govt backing the actual people, access to health care system etc? I am assuming no. If so - continue with the plan. At the actual moment you may not be able to invest because everyone is sick, some are scared, some are greedy etc.

I always have this doubt, people who want to settle in us and investing on lands in India, if someone occupies your land here, what will you do
