Nagpur, Thane, Kolkata, Chennai, Pune and Mumbai got the bulk of the 96 million vaccinations that were done up till April 12. Four of them are in Maharashtra — which has reported the lion's share of total cases in India — therefore it makes sense that the majority of vaccines would go to the state.

covishield aithe .. 2nd dose ki 12 weeks wait chesina no issue .. it is published in UK research papers that .. when given 2nd dose between 9-12 weeks, vaccine effectiveness is high

Yes there was no proper allocation but MH ramped up in mid march till around mid april and they had to supply based in demand and now its ahead of other states by quiet some margin and is top when it comes to less wastage among bigger states.

In Mid April there were scenarios where MH administered more than 5 Lakh shots in a day alone.. But it has gone down quiet low just around 1 lakh per day.
