Being transparent with what the center is planning to do to curb the rise in cases, and being transparent with why the cases have spiked so much, I heard the COVID task force has not met in months before the second wave, why? was that the only reason for the unprepared spike, or were there other ignorance from the govt. or the task forces/committees formed by the govt.
