except one mystery, everything else is solved and still 80 chapters to go.

Mostly predictable story.

but if they tell this in a non linear way, it may suit the movie better.. or it would appear like a daily serial.

I would start from a particular scene in the 5th book, where a strong warrior is about to die and is thinking back at the mistakes he did, because of which his king and two princes are going to be murdered today..

SSR nanna was in the writing team for a movie on this book in the 80s or 90s, I heard. the project didn't take off.

baahubali ki deeni ki em sambandam pedda ga ledhu. except one scene where a woman saves a child in rivre flood.

baahubali lo story aey ledhu actually. this one has a much better story that ends with a historical reference.

ultimate blockbuster story. I think people will be blown away if they see this on screen. The plot has multiple backstories, and interesting varied characters.

Imagining Raja Raja Cholan as Jayam Ravi seems okay

Aditya Karikalam as Vikram okay too

Periya Pazhuvettarayar as Parthiban.

I think casting is almost perfect

even the most important casting of Nandini as Aishwarya Rai.

I wish Maniratnam the best on this. Hope he doesn't fcuk this up.

Story moved at a brisk pace in the final act with a dozen twists, each canceling the reveals from earlier.

I apologize for comparing this book with Lord of Rings.

It is more like a Dan Brown novel. like the Da Vinci Code.

I think this book arose from the mystery behind an actual chola prince's murder, right before he was about to become the king.

Instead his brother became the king, the most famous Chola King.

The author spun a fantasy tale around this, with drama set in real places in TN, and Srilanka.
