Generalization. But majority i agree.

We aren't going to talk about minority. Because those people's family or friends aren't in the video.

But with corona many family and friends aren't even allowed to see the body. So we don't know who is even burying these bodies. So they are so overwhelmed that they don't care and don't have time to dig deeper. Unfortunately that's the situation and it sucks.. indians (generalizing) just care about themselves they want their things to complete. Many people aren't even stopping maids and not telling maids they have corona. They just don't want to do their cleaning and don't care if it spreads as they already got it.

From Tweet translation

“Note - Photos can be distracting
There is a video of Unnao's Buxar Ghat. So many bodies arrived in the corona disaster that hundreds of bodies were buried in the middle of the Ganges. If the water increases, the bodies will flow into the water. Do not talk about corona infection in dead bodies.”

Can understand 20-30 thousand rupees is a big money for poor. why don't they bury?

The electric system of cremation is used by certain sections of the society only. The traditional funeral pyre requires around 500-600 kg of firewood, three litres of kerosene and some prefer desi ghee, and 300-400 cowdung cakes per dead body. ... In electric cremation, wood is not burned and thereare no gas emissions.

Why isnt this an option ?
