I think about asset appreciation in every possible way. I have no regards for validation in society. That’s the difference Anna.

there's our answer. individual anecdotes who cares. some people get lucky and think they are geniuses, some people don't and feel like lost.

Do you really need a 4K rent house? Come on. Where do you live? 
 

I don’t know how big your family is. But renting a 2 bed room and investing lot of money in lands and stocks will make you a millionaire in no time. Buying a house will benefit only banks and brokers. Also whatever the appreciation you are witnessing on your house will start going down in 10 years. Once house starts to look old people no longer show interest in buying them.

only newer houses have high demand. But anyways I don’t want you to feel convinced by about anything I said. I’m just stating my opinions.

nenu 7 years back intiki 200k down payment chesa.. intiki kattey emi + property tax pretty much equal to rent.. ippudu naa illu annithey profit 1.2m.. so i made 6x profit.  500k non taxable daantlo
 

adhey 200k nasdaq stocks lo petti untey 3X or 4x ayyedhi.  Antey profit 400-600k. All taxable.


now tell me which is more profitable?

bay area lo 2 bed house ki 3k avge. Mine is 4 bed.  
buying a house will benefit only banks & brokers anedhi nee assumption.

stocks lo profit guarentee anukodam inko pedha assumption. I made good amount of money in stocks and also lost some.
