Where do you live? I don’t know how big your family is. But renting a 2 bed room and investing lot of money in lands and stocks will make you a millionaire in no time. Buying a house will benefit only banks and brokers. Also whatever the appreciation you are witnessing on your house will start going down in 10 years. Once house starts to look old people no longer show interest in buying them. only newer houses have high demand. But anyways I don’t want you to feel convinced by about anything I said.
