Popular Post RENT
Hi all! I just want to share something and give you all a tip. I was issued rfe during my adjustment of status and the rfe was that I was engaged in unauthorized employment for one of my employers. The rfe stated that I started working 4 days before the receipt date and that puts me in a position to not be eligible to get my i-485 approved. In reality, I did not start my work before the receipt date and I have my paystub as a proof. It was a mistake of my attorney and my employer as they somehow ignored to do the basic check of the start dates and the related receipt or approval dates. —guys this is where you must take a step and check everything for yourself over and over and do not rely on others for your application. I was tensed and thought My case will be denied for sure. The officer is kind enough to give me one last chance (issued rfe) to explain without straight out denial and we were able to explain it is just a mistake (my employer confirmed the same) and we have evidence of paystub. The us cis website also states for this kind of issue(unauthorized work) paystub is a good evidence to submit. My case is approved. bottom line: guys please check dates and make sure you are not missing anything before you guys adjust your status.

But AOS andhariki same process kadha ani na problem ikkada vesanu. I don’t want other person to go through same stress like I had for a month. I believe this is a very easy thing to get slipped off and it will delay the case and cause more stress. Worth mentioning.
