not sure why everyone is thinking we are back to pre pandemic situation.. opening everything in a hurry. Hope it wont back fire

Govts want to really know how effective vaccines are. So, they relax rules but monitor situation. when things start going south, they change policies

See Israel data. We have a live example where they opened everything after vaccinations are done and they are doing good. 

 

they are just reporting cases in double digits

Property tax is handled at county level. 

If you are referring to a "Wealth" tax that people are talking about, then it's a different story
