This is kind of true.. vaccination have expiry date. When vaccines were supplied to other countries cases in india are not high.. and he did what was best at the time. Being said this he being the PM should have forced authorities to spread the news and create awareness among people and get them vaccinated first he miserably failed to do this..

modi should have used his political capital and stop the kumb which he didnt so need to be criticised

also should have done more to spread awareness of vaccine, he did try by getting himself one but should have done lot more.
