That's what they did, but I found online it says that they can't charge us for regular cleaning etc

Vaadu regular cleaning ani cheppi $175 charge chesadu but from what I have read online, regular cleaning ki security deposit lo nundi cut cheyaleru ani vinna nenu. Plus I also heard that the burden of proof is on them to prove that the damages are beyond wear and tear in the form of proving it via photos etc. I have photos of the place after we cleaned which show nothing beyond the usual wear and tear. Is it worth taking them to the court for $300 if I go to the small claims court? We lived there for 9 months btw.

Talk to the Manager and request and tell them how much you liked their place and that they should not scam loyal customers

Leave  a one star review on Google maps and see if they want to talk to you

Yes this is in Folsom, CA.

Very good point, I am going to do that right away. I tried calling the manager today but she didn't pick up, left her an email asking me to call back and explain the charges. Let's see what they do.
