Vaadu regular cleaning ani cheppi $175 charge chesadu but from what I have read online, regular cleaning ki security deposit lo nundi cut cheyaleru ani vinna nenu. Plus I also heard that the burden of proof is on them to prove that the damages are beyond wear and tear in the form of proving it via photos etc. I have photos of the place after we cleaned which show nothing beyond the usual wear and tear. Is it worth taking them to the court for $300 if I go to the small claims court? We lived there for 9 months btw.

Okay yeah security deposit ponu it's only 130 dollars but it's not about the money I wanted to take them on principle. 

I cleaned it as thoroughly as anyone could have but still they did this ani

I would say try to talk to management. Leasing ofc lo work chesevallu waste. Give a try. Workout aithe aindi. Avakapothe don’t waste time and energy.

equation is simple. rent ki katte badulu mortgage kattuko...you will have peace of mind...

no lease, no cleaning, no downstair neighbors complaints, no upstair neighbors running .. easy access to parking.

its a wonder than apartment prices keep rising...

its a wonder than apartment prices keep rising...

We used to pay $2100 for rent including utilities, which sometimes would take it to around $2200. 

Now we are paying $2450 for mortage, have a house which is 5 times as big and finally have a backyard for our puppy for him to play. 

Utilities are cheaper because it's mostly all solar and the solar is totally paid off. 

Best decision of our lives.

Okasari atytsaham to oka bug unte intlo i reported. It happened to be bed bug ah intlo move in ayyi one month kuda kale. Report chesina papam ki they told they have fumicate the apartment and it would cost 1800$ and i have to pay. 1 month kuda kale nenu enduku pay chesta cheyanu ani cheppa they said at the time of renting there wasnt a bug. I was annoyed and consulted an attorney but he told me its a headache to go through the process. I told leasing office nenu chachina pay cheya em chesukuntavo chesuko i am going through attorney ani. Finally after few days they told half vallu pay chestaru and half nenu pay cheyali ani.  Attorney asked na lease lo attorney charges ki agreement emanna sign chesana if so vallu legal ga fight cheste adi kuda nene pay cheyali etc etc. I didnt really knew the process nor what i signed. 900$ kattanu collections ki potundemo ani.  I will legally ante at least they will come to an agreement and reduce the amount.
