F150 lightning is being aimed at work fleet initially. With that price tag they will be outselling every other truck in the segment and is going to be a game changer in the EV market

When you said you don’t know what is happening in ev space development.. most of the people who are actively generating revenue or starting there production space related to any carbon offsets meaning people shifting from ICE or any carbon producing factories or its instruments they have to register with in our registries as they get subsidy as they generate subsidies with expiring date they have to sell for companies like f or fiat or etc … exactly that’s my intention also when you start debating you have to be atleast little educated in topic … you say house hold needs , bet on ashes, bet $200 and not read to put/ compare  exactly specs on kWh, battery range, production capabilities, delivery, per orders and not even showcase prototype product

i have no clue what you are talking about.......nor i understand what you are trying to say here, which i dont think i need to know anything about this to say....Telsa makes $hitty cars with best software.......

even with all the subsidies Tesla is not priced competitive.....its over priced

about battery, most every EV manufacturers has active cooling.....which will help battery from degradation.....most of the EVs has batteries as good as Tesla......and when giants like VW/Ford come into the game....they will make cars like popcorn.....which will lower the price : ya may be they can manufacture like popcorn but not as efficient I am literally saying this just compare  batteries id4 vs model 3 you will find the answer

ya what about batteries in VW?? both have 16850s.....both have active cooling.......Tesla didnt invent anything, they made a better battery management system, which can be replicated. open tesla battery pack and copy it...easy man and its not tesla IP

MachE got decent response, they will learn n release the next best version very very soon : yes very very soon.. but at the rate Tesla is working around the clock  that catch-up game is increasing not decreasing 

agreed, but in the next 5/6yrs.....Tesla will have a very tough time. US lo F/Chevy/VW......Europe lo VW/Nio/BYD......Asia lo Nio/BYD/Xpeng 

 

making EVs is not hard....btw tesla maked shitty cars with great software........software can be copied n replicated very very easy: not hard ? that's why Benz have failed ? and vw agrees we don't act now we have to close ? all these companies have century of experience in ICE ... if they don't train there people and revamp tough days ahead every one will have peak I think F and GM had its golden era now its time for new companies...  

do you even know what do you need to make a EV.....battery and a motor, they are just late to the game and with Execs making ICE cars for decades it harder to switch. after they saw how a lil company like tesla can make that amount of money with no cars on the road, that was like a slap on their face and woke them up.

lol F/GM are shifting gear.....most of the manufacturing is automated. they have the infra n experience . except for Tesla did anyone make a $hitting  car and asked for 50K???

Lot of correct and incorrect points by both Tesla and anti Tesla people here. @kasi @macha @shaktimaan

I personally feel Tesla is just another apple. They started and will survive and will always standout. Doesn't mean like Samsung others can't make good cars.

 

Tesla has pros and cons. Similarly other cars have pros and cons. Tesla is trying to churn a lot of money to help them get to a point where they can battle big guys when they enter full ev market. Tesla is no.1 now in ev world. How long, time will tell. But it will always stand out.

 

It's my take. Like it or not. I dont care.
