those who find it hard to learn and adapt to new technologies?

Many FT jobs in many companies are always risky.. as you will end up doing the same thing over the years and become more functional than technical... and feel like a king in your team.. but will become a pauper once you are out of the team.. 

but there are so many talented senior architects, managers and developers who are real Thops and thurums...
