Now they are again saying it is not valid. 4 weeks notice icchi conduct cheyyamanaru...veeelu evvakunda conduct chesaru...andhuke elections raddhu... they gave permission to conduct elections with 4 weeks notice..but gov didnt folllow the whole rule...they just implemented what they liked...court want to give enough time to interesetd people to file their nomination in this pandamic situation......but gov conducted election in 1 weeks so there is not enough time for people to file nomiation...they went to court on it. No . All opposition parties went to court when government didn't followed 4 weeks rule. First single judge told not to conduct elections since 4 weeks gap was not followed. Then bench gave permission to conduct elections even without gap but asked to hold on counting. Now they are saying it should start from scratch again.
