All the homeless in CA are not from CA they flee other states and come to CA. There is a reason CA has close to 40 million population. You have places to visit throughtout the year.

It’s not complete state but in cities because of stupid policies in sfo and la.

Wtf do you want to do them, homeles  people from other states move here and many other cities.

homeless people move  here to survive what is the other option, do you want the govt to terminate them, they are also people who end up homeless due to their circumstances. If their states take care of them they don’t move here.

Why are people coming from other states? Is there some gold on streets? Why are they homeless? Without such basic questions and allowing drug addicts hang around and providing them syringes is a stupid policy unless you want to be pc. 
 

if they are so good then give them shelter in your home , don’t throw them on streets endangering every one around them.
