Shocked at amout of desis in new house bidding

So went along this weekend to see some open houses. Every open house i went is basically desis - some with very small families like 3 year old kids - bidding for houses at 750k. whats happening ? are these people so wealthy or bringing money from india or being stupid.

But maree 90-95% of crowd desis is too much. regarding locals i think its a mixed bag for them - their prices are increasing so they are happy - the older ones. But newer ones are priced out.

I think many chinkies and many indians have a hoarding mentality. both have no strong religions to moderate the craze for running around hoarding or focus on lifestyle like thellas where they try to balance living for themselves with buying new things. Most chinkies/indians have dysfunctional loveless marriages and the only solution is hoarding houses/cars etc.
