Bhayya's .. 2015 Feb EB2 is my PD. Do you recommend to downgrade EB3? Knowing that EB2 will not become current for my PD even after this spill over.

Naa PD Jan 2013 EB2 - joined a company in 2019 and have my PERM approved. Maa lawyer wait cheyi mantunadu September varku, so should I wait or downgrade to EB3?

Good is your lawyer reputed ? Just asking for clarity.

If I were you I would go by your lawyer suggestion he might have some meaningful insights on filing in eb2 when oct comes..

same situation. mine Dec 2013. EB2 lo 140 applied and it's pending.

Same boat.. PERM approved. Got my I 140 in EB3 and filing for my I 140 in EB2 as well.

Lot of people submitted medicals last october right.I thought it was a common trend then.

Dont worry.Still there is chance.Found this in telegram group. "Hi All, just heard from a contact that they did not submit their medicals and still got their GC... anyone heard of similar situation?"

Must be a mistake in a rare case.  I don't think they will skip medicals.
