Nenu aiethe lock down lo 72 kgs to 62 ki ayya manchi dieting and walking ok 4-5 months chesi. Endhuko last 1 month nunchi konchem drink ekkuva ayyi malli 65 ki aina malli diet and walking start cheyyali. 2-3 days kagane malli drink cheyyali anipistundhi

Good baa am also targeting 68 weight. 75 unna now

All the best bro.. konni days rice stop cheyyi and dinner 6pm varaku complete cheyyi with any combination of fruits with any quantity and 7 pm ki ala bayata walk start cheyyi atleast 10k steps(1-1.5hrs) after walk if you feel hungry eat oranges or buttermilk and sleep early. Easy ga weight loss avutavu. Secret is early dinner and walking and no rice n chapati.
