Texas lawmakers send permit-free gun carrying legislation to governor's desk. 

Once signed, the bill will go into effect in September 2021 and Texas, which has a strong gun culture, would allow its gun owners to carry weapons in public without a license.

Because without second amendment first would have been gone long time back.

you need to understand why there was a second amendment, instead of writing thought less comments. It’s a natural right to defend yourself.

you need to unlearn what you have been learning from parents except some ethical standards, parents force their limited world view on kids.. go and learn what your instincts say
