Because yiu have 140 approved if your old employer tho relation or position unte you can join them.on h1 bro? And in october if they open the filing dates or feb2013 varaki final date vachina they can apply your 485, 

Not sure nee h1 transfer apporve avvali and inka malli consulates open avali 

Inka edina consular processing 485 undo naku teliyadu bro heard its very tough

Nenu vinaledu bro there is nothing like year your date has to be current in final or if your date is in filing uscis has to accept the filing dates , in that month

some of my friends in similar boat, they applied for labor 5 months back and their final action date came. they said 1 year ani

That 1 year rule applies if you are still working with that employer. If you changed employer it doesn't ani vinna.

Only option contact your previous employer, find a new contract, get H1 and come back to US. Once in the US your employer will support your I485J and you can file your i485. After 6 months(1 year better ani vinna for citizenship interview) you can leave the employer if you want. You will mostly get GC in 1 year

Also after all these years employer support cheyyalaante ento konta samarpinchukovali oka pado iravayyo, oorike aite cheyyadu.. be ready for that..

just to add to this.. you should be physically present in USA at the time of application.. consular processing ante 140 amend cheyali or else first time ala cheyali appudu ne date current aith e consulate ki move chestharu

yeah. Current ayna one year lo file cheyyali lekapote that date is gone. Read the last section in the below link.

 

"You have one year after your priority date becomes current in the “Application Final Action Dates” chart to pursue your visa or green card. If you do not, the government assumes you have abandoned it, and will give your visa number to the next person in line."
