Public amenities like road expansion,irrigation canals and drinking water etc ki aithe prevail in ing market rate entha vunte, antho intho negotiate chestaru...

It completely depends on the type of projects.

Back then for Shamshabad airport, prime grade-1 vallaki 27 lakhs per acre ichindi government, and grade-3 zone ki 9 lakhs per acre vachindi...idi givernment decided...but with new land acquisition laws, it is not the same case anymore.

Don't even need to compare them. 

Sricity was acquired at 3 lakhs/acre in 2006 , went up to 7 lakhs  avg in 2008. 

Now the official govt rate is around 65 lakhs per acre on road side and half of that into interior.

Well, 2013 tarvata kuda...Government is actually using all tactics and pressure to cut the compensation rates. We have recently experienced it..

Palamoor phase-3 lift Udandapur canal passes through our village..and canal land acquisition kosam land aquire chesinaru, some people tried taking advantage of new laws but government officials used all their force and tactics to restrict the compensation rates...Smaller land acquisitions different case anuko...

ma village lo Polavaram ki land ichinappadu per acre 50 Lakhs or so icharu.

 

Everybody was very happy that they got it and bought more land in other places.

20-25 years back ala May land road lo poyindhi . Vadu icchina compensation appati market value lo 1/10th ... ipudu akkada gajam 30-35K nadusthundhi .... vallu icchina compensation ippati value chuskunte 1/300th % ....

so peddha bokka
