we have been discussing about this for a few months bro...our plan is to construct house in india and in mexico too...my wife ki kuda koncham land undhi mexico city lo, so akkada next summer lo construction start chesthunnam...similar cost like india avthundhi bro...aa house lo valla mother ni shift chesi, top floor rent ki icchi, aa rent tho valla mother monthly expenses occhetattu plan bro...

we both are working now bro..so we also saved some money from this year and late last year...lucky ga tax returns kuda bagane occhay and dhaniki thodu stimulus payments kuda occhay...at least $3-4K varaku every month invest cheyyochu construction ki ani decide ayyam bro...

last year covid valla job poindhi and we both learnt a huge lesson regarding our finances bro...

whatever, if you are thinking about timber, recently we got teakwood from forest department auction.. forest department will auction the wood which they catch in smuggling.. maku square feet around 3500-4000 ki dorikindi.. no1 quality teakwood untadi, as it's natural teakwood from forests... 

so, ask someone to go to nearby forest department office, maybe vikarabad and check if it's possible to get there.

Builder ki vaddu bro unless baga telosinavadu ite tappa.. mestriki sqft 200-280 inr ki contract ichey(slab, walls, plastering, warertank,  compound wal etc) cover avutai material ne Istam.. mem vja lo 240 kattincham 2yrs back.

Chala expensive ayitadi..if money is an issue and if you would like to take it slow then makes sense...

anthe kani phase wise chestha ante matram oka 30% cost perigina no surprise and material wastage baaga ekuva ayitadi..

In short, top slab pade lopu ground la brick work cheyali..top level brick ayelopu ground level lo flooring...simultaneously wiring and plumbing..single coat plastering at a go for whole house...ie rakanga chesthe cost kalisivastadi...
