Breaking Bad is okay. mass masala show. has a few high points, but mostly ends on a tame note.

The Wire is on another level. I don't think any show compares to this masterpiece. Its like reading a great book. If you identify with the characters, and their circumstances, you'll be hooked to this show. Otherwise you may be bored because mostly nothing happens in the show. Its just a block of baltimore residents living their life.

Breaking Bad is just a fun ride. its not great.

breaking bad is more like a commercial entertainer. all aspects of masala untundhi for regular audience. 

The Wire is like reality documentary on baltimore crime, antha masala undadhu but it's very very gripping.
