I am in the district which had the second highest growth according to his govt  during his time . Asalu state govt funds tho emi infrastructure kattadu raa babu ? 

Enni hospitals , medical colleges , universities , infra projects ?  Emi develop chesado cheppu.

I can't find anything outside central govt projects and Krishna/Guntur dists.

Congress being in dead mode is actually good. Look at how pathetic BJP's performance when they don't face congress in a serious battle . 

BJP's biggest pracharak is rahul Gandhi , him being out of picture is a big loss to bjp
