To Everyone- we can travel in AP during travel ban

Want to update this group regarding the travel ban based on the information posted by someone from another Telegram group. He travelled back to US from India using an AP and did not use a NIE and no US kid. See below is the email response from the Hyderabad consulate when he applied for a NIE.

 

I requested for NIE approval below is the reply i got from Hyderabad consulate after the reply I planned my trip

The presidential proclamation only restricts non-immigrant travel to the U.S and an advance parole document is not a non-immigrant visa. It is a valid travel document. Airlines make boarding decisions in consultation with CBP, which controls admission to the U.S. You may want to clarify your situation with the airline before making concrete travel plans
